- The idea to establish a hall was born in 1998;
- The building was completed in autumn 2001;
- This is the Estonian biggest multifunctional arena for the conduct of business, sports and entertainment events;
- Accommodates up to 10 000 spectators, slightly more than 7000 seats;
- The big hall could be turned into several different or one small hall with special curtains;
- In addition to big hall the building has several different seminar, party and restrooms (incl saunas);
- Hosts annually approximately 300 000 visitors at about 70 different big events;
- The total area makes slightly more than 13 000 m2, the size of the arena, i.e. floor area, is about 2800 m2;
- Belongs to the European Association of Arenas joining the representative arenas of different European countries compliant with the internationally accepted quality standards and operating principles;
- The first event held at Unibet Arena was the Irish dance performance "Lord of the Dance".
